Our programs range from classroom-based learning to paid internship cohorts, game design campaigns, and workshop series — reaching youth across Oakland and the Bay Area through deep, sustained engagement.
We've been building this work since 2017, reaching youth across 8+ Bay Area school sites.
We don't just serve youth once. Over 90% of enrolled youth complete our programs, and many return. We have begun implementing a fellowship model for youth that return to our internship programs as fellows with more responsibility, increased leadership opportunities, and additional pay.
In 2024–25, 4 youth returned as paid fellows with expanded leadership responsibilities — and 3 youth participated in multiple leadership cohorts simultaneously.
