DEATH BY A THOUSAND BREATHS

Gaming for Justice Adventure

Register today to help save the city from an evil potion factory in Mycelium’s first-ever Live Action Role Playing (LARP) event!

Mycelium Youth Network calls on all Bay Area youth and adults (ages 9-90) to bring forth their imagination, creativity, and fantastical superpowers for the “Death by a Thousand Breaths” LARP campaign on Saturday, July 30th, at the Exploratorium on Pier 15. Based on Oakland's historical and contemporary battle with air pollution, we have dreamed up a fun, family-friendly, BIPOC-led quest to inspire our youth to be collaborative visionaries and solution-seekers for environmental justice.

Three teams will be guided through this 1.5 hour-long campaign, which will feature team-building challenges and storytelling puzzles as adventurers work to gather evidence and expose the evil secrets at the center of the evil manufacturing plant. Registration is limited, so sign up today!
